Staff Training

UET is committed to investing in staff training that allows staff members to develop their skills, knowledge, and experience. This will help our staff achieve their potential and assist UET in the achieving its strategic objectives and goals.

UET has 5 designated training days throughout the year to ensure a high-quality service offer for our young people and adults supported by professionals that are skilled and knowledgeable, UET training ensures our staff are our 3 C’s Confident, Competent and Consistent.
