UET offers a range of leadership and professional development opportunities, both for our current leaders and to develop talent for the future.

We also offer development opportunities through external partners, including the Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) qualification and a range of diplomas provided by New College Swindon.

Employee Training

UET is committed to investing in employee training that allows our team members to develop their skills, knowledge, and experience. This will help our employees to achieve their potential and assist UET in the achieving its strategic objectives and goals.

UET has 5 designated training days throughout the year to ensure a high-quality service offer for our young people and adults supported by professionals that are skilled and knowledgeable, UET training ensures our team are our 3 C’s Confident, Competent and Consistent.
